No Refund Policy

All payments made for services at K Studio are non-refundable. This applies to deposits, booking fees, and service payments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the final result, change of mind, or unforeseen personal circumstances.

• Cosmetic tattooing, including microblading, is an art form and results may vary depending on individual skin types, healing processes, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

 

 

Appointment Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. To better accommodate you:

• You may reschedule your appointment with at least 3 days notice.

• If proper notice is not given, your deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

 

 

Appointment Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your appointment:

• Your payment and/or deposit remain non-refundable.

• You are welcome to rebook at a later time, but a new deposit may be required to secure your spot.

 

 

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice are considered a no-show. In this case:

• The deposit and/or payment will be forfeited.

• A new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.

 

 

Policy Agreement

By booking an appointment with K Studio, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy. This policy is in place to protect the time and commitment of both our clients and our artists.
