Terms of Service

Terms & Conditions

Please read the following carefully before booking an appointment with K Studio. By scheduling a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
 

1. Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable payment is required to secure your appointment.

  • what you paid online is the total of youre service and includes the initial appointment AND the touch up appointment 6-8 weeks later. 
     

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations do not qualify for a refund.

  • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 3 days notice.

  • Failure to provide notice or not showing up for your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
     

3. No Refund Policy

  • All services, deposits, and payments are non-refundable.

  • Results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare adherence.
     

4. Eligibility & Health

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to receive microblading or permanent makeup services. (A photo copy of your Id will be scanned for record keeping no matter your age.)

  • It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, skin conditions, or medications that may affect service outcomes.

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals are not eligible for services.
     

5. Liability Waiver

By booking, you acknowledge that:

  • Microblading and permanent makeup are cosmetic tattooing procedures and involve certain risks.

  •  The artists are not liable for undesired results, allergic reactions, or complications due to undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare.

  • Touch-ups may be required to achieve desired results and are not included in the initial service cost unless otherwise stated.
     

6. Aftercare Responsibility

  • Proper aftercare is essential for healing and results.

  • Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow them.
     

7. Right to Refuse Service

K Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Is under 18 years of age.

  • Shows signs of intoxication, disruptive behavior, or medical conditions that may put them at risk.

  • Fails to follow pre-appointment guidelines.
