Please read the following carefully before booking an appointment. By scheduling a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

 1. Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost at the time of your appointment.

• Remaining balances are due on the day of service.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations do not qualify for a refund.

• You may reschedule your appointment but you have to contact me.

• Failure to provide notice or not showing up for your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

 

3. No Refund Policy

• All services, deposits, and payments are non-refundable.

• Results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare adherence. No guarantees are made regarding final healed results.

 

4. Eligibility & Health

• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive microblading or permanent makeup services.

• It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, skin conditions, or medications that may affect service outcomes.

• Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals are not eligible for services.

 

5. Liability Waiver

By booking, you acknowledge that:

• Microblading and permanent makeup are cosmetic tattooing procedures and involve certain risks.

• K Studio and its artists are not liable for undesired results, allergic reactions, or complications due to undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare.

• Touch-ups may be required to achieve desired results and are not included in the initial service cost unless otherwise stated.

 

6. Aftercare Responsibility

• Proper aftercare is essential for healing and results.

• Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow them.

 

7. Right to Refuse Service

• Is under 18 years of age.

• Shows signs of intoxication, disruptive behavior, or medical conditions that may put them at risk.

• Fails to follow pre-appointment guidelines.
